Playing golf on Kauai just got easier with WestJet Airlines's twice-weekly flights to Lihue airport (LIH) from Vancouver
On Wednesday, Dec. 16 WestJet Airlines began twice-weekly flights to Lihue Airport on Kauai (LIH) from Vancouver including introductory fares starting at $349. WestJet also has a dozen flights weekly from Vancouver to Honolulu. Inter-island flights on multiple airlines make the hop to Kauai easy and inexpensive.
"With the addition of this access from Canada we hope visitors will take advantage of the opportunity to come experience Kauai, our great golf and other destination attractions which offer something for everyone – from families and couples to outdoor enthusiasts," said Sue Kanoho, executive director of the Kauai Visitors Bureau.

The island of Kauai is home to golf courses designed by some of the biggest names in the business, including Robert Trent Jones Jr., Jack Nicklaus and Robin Nelson.
