Located by The Alaloa Lounge located off the lobby, Chef Tadashi Yoshino prepares the island’s freshest sushi and sashimi and traditional Japanese cuisine in a restaurant space with a design inspired by the native Hawaiians’ arrival across the sea. The menu is complemented by an extensive selection of warm and cold sakes and Japanese beers. Kai is open daily for dinner from 5:30pm to 10:00pm.
