Banyan Tree - Ritz Carlton Kapalua

The Banyan Tree is the award winning signature restaurant at the newly renovated Ritz Carlton Kapalua. It features a new design incorporating a destination outdoor bar and lounge with a covered terrace with dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean, the island of Moloka'i and the Pailolo Channel. The seasonal worldly menu created by Chef Ryan Urig and sous chef Matt Srebrow showcases Hawaii's abundant harvests and fresh catches. The Banyan Tree is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The Banyan Tree is now offering a three-course Sunset Menu from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at $55 USD per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity, from Tuesday through Saturday.
